A. www.tnvat.gov.in

7Q. What is the last date for monthly returns submitted?
A. Every month 20th

8Q. What are the forms are available for monthly returns ?
A. Form I
Form J
Form K and
Form L

9Q. What are the taxes are used in VAT?
A. Purchase & Others (1%)
4% VAT against Industrial Input Tax (Declaration Form is to be received by the client)
12.5% VAT

The taxes are changes based on products

10Q. If out side the state which tax is in VAT ?
A. 2% CST against C Form (C Form is to be received by the customers)
12.5% VAT (C Form is not required)
