SYMPTOMS:




When you debug ASP.NET applications in Visual Web Developer 2005 express edition, the debugger may not stop on breakpoints.

CAUSE:




This problem occurs because ASP.NET debugging is not enabled on the application.



solution:


Try adding your computer (localhost) to the local intranet in Internet Options | Security. Also, add it as a trusted site.
