TITLE: SORTING OF THE COMPONENTS i.e. which component is
to be Selected, Rejected and Rework.

SOFTWARE AND ENVIRONMENT: PLC (Programmable Logical Controller)
The project aims to implement PLC and Automation concept that sorts the components automatically. Automation Technologies replaced an absolute control system to run a sorting machine that automatically sorting the objects. The items would be sorted to 1 of 3 bins i.e. Selected, Rejected, Rework by using PLC. Program in PLC is transferred to electric motor.
The system consists of pushbuttons, capacitive sensor, fiber optical sensor, positional sensors, reed sensors, electro pneumatic actuators, electric motor and interfacing with PLC.
