Job Description
Role:
• Responsible for mentoring and coaching at least 3-5 test Engineers technically
• Team Contributor working with a team of 3-5
• Ability to understand all issues related to the product from a technology perspective, this would imply a thorough understanding of the requirements
• Provide leadership both vertically (in terms of assisting the supervisor in management) within the team as well as horizontally across other teams (to assist in technical matters) which work on the product and owned subcomponents
• Should be able to understand the problems identified, explore it, consider different options and implement the final solution
• Ability to interact with Customer’ tech-leads over email/IM or phone/VC
• Ability to establish communication with the relevant customer contacts to understand and define requirements
