DB Design, Performance, Tuning, Installation, Admin, Maintenance,
1.) Is expected to work independently.
2.) Must have practical experience in performance tuning, doing DB Design, doing DB design reviews and working with the dev-team to tune their design for max. performance benefit
3.) Must have experience in RAC
4.) Must have practical experience supporting Oracle for dev teams and end-users
