The job involves pulling large amounts of data from various data repositories and warehouse, ASUP, SAP, Siebel etc and create reports and dashboards. This will involve creating SQL databases from the large amounts of raw data and create an efficient way of generating reports. The candidate will need to work closely with the business unit. US/EMEA to understand their reporting requirements and deliver on the same
Hands on experience in creating Databases out of large amounts of raw data and using them to generate reports and dashboards
Experience in data validation and data cleaning
Experience in using a suitable reporting formats
Experience in reporting Services, Cognos, Siebel, SAP etc would be a plus
Knowledge of parsing languages like Perl will be an added advantage
