Job Description
1.To use the latest computer technology and other appropriate mediums to produce creative and innovative graphic design/artwork.
2.To provide expertise and a creative input from the inception stage of design work through to its final production, where necessary coordinating work produced by other sections and undertaking liaison with customers of all supervisory levels to ensure initial concepts and ideas are explored and developed to the full.
3. To continually develop skills in the latest Web and graphic design techniques, and apply these as necessary in order to maintain and enhance the increasing expectation and requirements and fully use the potential of computer design packages and the skills of other team members.
Desired Candidate Profile
1) Ability to work under pressure and to meet frequent deadlines of variable length, and to demonstrate accountability and project and time management skills.
2) Ability to work on own initiative, as part of a disciplined creative team, and in a flexible way.
3) Flair for working creatively within corporate identity guidelines.
4) Excellent typographic and layout skills.
5) Proven ability to create design solutions from concept to production and convey ideas in a positive and creative manner.
6) Good knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
7) Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to negotiate and communicate effectively within Team and senior management.
Educational Qualification:
1) Bachelor Degree in Multimedia (OR)
2) Specialization / Diploma in Multimedia
