Job Description

- Login, Logout and manage their breaks using a VoIP Phone instrument
- Answer customer queries via phone using Internet/Intranet knowledge base tools
- Resolve customer’s technical issues via phone using various tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft SMS, Windows XP inbuilt tools, etc.
- Answer/Resolve customer queries/issues via email/chat
- Log all customer queries/issues on ticketing tool
- Attend team meetings, briefings, etc. as directed by their leader
Desired Profile
- Proficient with English language – written and spoken both
- Ability to converse in English fluently
- Should have minimal regional influence on their spoken English accent. Ideal candidate should have neutral accent.
- Ability to comprehend US/UK accent
- Should have used/troubleshot a PC with Windows XP installed for at least last 6 months
- Should be ready to work in shifts
- With International Call Center experience
- Experienced in troubleshooting computer software (OS) and hardware
- With any recognized technical certifications (e.g. MCSE, CCNA, etc.)
