Job Description
We have an opening with
multinational life insurance company as Business Manager ( Front Line Manager).
Position:- Business Manager.
Position Based at:- Thrissur.
Designation:- Business Manager
Reporting to Branch Head Sales
Function Sales
KEY PURPOSE
To Recruit team of qualitative Agents & development of agents.
To meet targets set by the organization month on month.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
STRATEGIC
Supervise the activity plan of all agents to ensure these are being fulfilled as per the desired levels.
Conduct weekly performance review (PRP) with agents & update Sales Management System.
Promote & motivate agents for Career progression program to make them join the organization.
PROCESS
Ensure agent adherence to 100 hrs training of IRDA & Product Training of Company as prescribed.
Provide feedback to trainers & Branch Manager development of agents
PEOPLE
Manage, coach, motivate and develop team of agents
Responsible for providing leadership to the team and ensure development of team through training.
PROFILE
Previous experience in direct selling, chasing / achieving targets and handling teams.
Graduate with at least 3 years experience in sales OR MBA with at least 1- 2 years of experience.
Preferably should be a local resident for a minimum period of 3 years.
Package is negotiable.
