Job Description
The person filling this position would be responsible for software design and implementation in support of Interlink’s customers.
Responsibilities include:
• Software Architecture Design
• Software Implementation and Troubleshooting
• Software Development Estimation
• Process improvements around full SDLC
• Mentoring
• Training recommendations for on-going development of the team.
This person reports directly to our India Software Manager in Pune.
The qualified candidate will be an experienced developer with impeccable communication skills. This ideal candidate will have experience working with US customers on complex software development projects with greater than 5 person teams, have experience with implementations leveraging RUP or like iterative methodologies, and have a solid understanding of OOAD.
This person must be extremely comfortable with either C#/ASP.Net or Java on Microsoft platforms with a minimum of 7 years of OOAD experience and will have demonstrated their leadership abilities, creativity, and ability to solve difficult technical problems on at least 7 sizable projects. The candidate should have experience in architecting solutions on at least 4 sizable projects. Experience with EAI, BI, and Portal technologies is a plus. Experience working in a blended team is a plus.
Candidate with Valid US B1/ B2 VISA preferred.
