Setting visibilty of pannel inside repetor by gridview rowcommand

i have on repetor control this control have two template fields
inside fisrt TEMPLATE FIELD there is one PANEL (dot net control)
and in second TEMPLATE FIELD there is one gridview

i want to set visibility ON/OFF of PANEL of rowcommand of gridview how can i do this please help,

if u create panel ,then u should specify the panel id name
ex:
asp:<panel id=panelid>
</panel>
then use the panelid.Visible=false or true in ur asp.net page
