there is no special steps. When you run the autorun.exe It will show you three options. chose first one and follow the steps given in setup wizard.

Hi
To download Visual studio 2008 you need to have msdn subscription first. And once you download it and burn it in a dvd you can just inset the dvd and let it run automatically.
