How to cross check the new login created in sql server 2000

Hi,

In sql server 2000, i had created a new login with username and password in enterprise manager.

Nowi want to cross check the created login is sucessufully created
pls suggest me a meathod to do the same

You can try connecting to SQL Analyser for instance using that login, by selecting authentication mode as 'SQL authentication'.
