How can i change the language display in windows 7

i am using windows 7 and i installed oracle 9i but the lanuage it showing for user name and password are diffrent i tried to change the language in the control pannel but it still showing the same.

Friend,

The Language Setting in Control Panel is for Windows not For oracle 9i

You need Oracle 9i Setup with your preferred language .dont need to

set any language setting in Computer.

Also Note :- Oracle9i is not Supported in Windows7 or Vista better to Get Oracle11
