Employee entry form using asp with c# urgent

want the answer.i was designed the employee page with eno,ename etc and with save,delete buttons and i am dng this with asp.net using c# and created the database and table in database.

now i have to enable the SAVE,DELETE,CLEAR Buttons and coneect the form to the database how to do it help me urgent urgent urgent.............
