Huh?? What do you mean ? No one can debug a DLL if source code is not present. If you provide source code then you cannot stop anyone from debugging and accessing the code.
If I understood you wrong, rephrase your question.

First of all you cannot Debug Dll so there's no question of preventing it from Debugging.
