clear .net application development, then web windows, then windows, and maybe distributed system then u are allowed to sit for MCP microsoft certified professional which suitable for any post of prj manager and above..

this is what i read in .net application development book last page...
you may go to market and ask for microsoft dotnet application development and check the last page..
