Urgent - Login page in sharepoint server

Hi,
I just want to create a login page in visual studio sharepoint with the code behind of C#, How to accomplish this. Plz provide step by step process.

Sharepoint is already authenticating the users by default,y you want to for a log in page again ?

if you want to provide the authentication prompt on each page opening of sharepoint just make the changes at IIS website level
