Web services failure to achieve,Interoperability,security,thatswhy microsoft released Web services enhancements 3.0,In wse3.0 also we are attaching security in soap header,so microsft created unified SOA for all things like MSMQ,Transactions,Remoting,Web servies,and distributed services,its called WCF.
