Web service proxy

hi,
I have a webservice application(path "http://localhost/MailService/Service1.asmx") and a client application(asp.net web site).

I need to create a proxy of the webServicee appliction in my client application. and call a method asynchronosly. How do we do it..?? (can anybody give the syntax of creting the proxy using code).....??

On the time of adding web reference,you can find one button called ADVANCED,just click and click asynchronous option,And in coding part you need to create one thread like AsyncCallBack(Normally).
