My suggestion is also for DELL .You can also go for SONY. These brands are available in almost all the retailers. So you just contact your nearest one in Hydrabad.

I would suggest you go with Dell Studio or Dell Inspiron. It costs you 38,000 - 40,000 with good configuration.
Highlights are as follows:
Core 2 Duo - 2.1 GHz
4 GB RAM
320 GB hard disk
1.3 MP integrated camera
Windows 7 kit
Try to get it from STAPLES, you would get the tax waived off.
