Is knowing php/Mysql is anyway useful in .Net field and also which is better in terms of carrier growth and salary.kindly advice.

Hello,

First of all let me say both have different language and techniques.

In regard to MySQL, yes you can get benefit in respect of Database when ll use in .Net

But, php will never help in your .net Techniques.

Simply, both have their individual entity and areas.

php is open source s/w and .net is not open source.. if u want 2 enter in open source field means then enter into php & mysql..else go to .net..
