Silverlight 3.0 application run in mobile application device

i m create simple silverlight application .it will be run mobile device.is it possible. and used silverlight 3.0 and windows mobile 6.0 professionalsdk and .net compactframework3.5.any body tell me solution.
how to run silverlight application in emulator.exe
