I am MCM with 8th rank in Pune University merit list.
I am working in one of Pune based small scale IT company from last 1.3 years.
I have worked on ASP.Net 3.5, VB.Net, C#.Net , sqlserver 2005 , oracle 10g
After getting good hand on experience on Microsoft technologies, I want to make change over n want to get into MNCs.
I have uploaded my cv on job portals but not getting any reply.
How shall I make my job hunt?
Please guide me.

Regularly update your resume at job portal websites. Specify your project details in Resume clearly.
As soon as you can get new job...

Another, tried and tested way is employee referral. Get in contact with your friends, relatives, neighbours etc etc and ask them to post your resume in their respective companies.

U have to update your profiles regularly.Then only u ll get the calls from them.Make sure that Naukri,monster and Timesjobs sites are updated.I mean u have to update your profile regularly in those three sites.Sure ull get calls.All the best
