Esb 2.0 configuration

Hi,
I've installed the Biztalk ESB 2.0 and configured by using the following link
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee236645(BTS.10).aspx. When i've started to work out small sample in ESB i'm not able to get the UDDI Businees Service for the ItineraryService,i've given the
server URL as
http://localhost/uddi then
Resolver Implementation as
UDDI|Uddi Resolver Extension|{84fe3f9c-4c47-444a-b4f7-9ab595f0db3d}
aftr that i've tried to get the Business service from UDDI i didnt get tat, i've received the following Error:
Error 285008: An unexpected error occurred retrieving all the Uddi Business Information for the Business name 'System.ServiceModel.Security.MessageSecurityException: The HTTP request is unauthorized with client authentication scheme 'Negotiate'. The authentication header received from the server was 'NTLM,Basic realm="localhost"'. ---> System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.
