How to learn c side

Hi ..

How I can get Opportunity in microsoft Dynamic (Navision) . and how can i take traning ..

Actually I am working last 2 1/2 year on Navision at END user .i have functioning knowledge of navision and Objects , Analysis by dimention,account Schedule . and I am helping and supporting to user.

I am interest to learning c/side coding . I have read the Development Microsoft guid also . but I am not getting opportunity to make coding in navision.

can some one help me out .. how I can learn c side coding

Actual I am working in end user company. and supporing to 160 location all over india. I have knowledge of Dataport,Account Schedule,Role and permission,Report writing,nod line setup,master updation,setup etc.
I have all kind of domain knowledge. now I have to learn c side coding .
