Basically I’m a Diploma Mechanical Engineer. Initially I started my career with AutoCAD Draughtsman. To Make ease of my work, I used to write CAD Programming, And then I found that I’ve more interest on programming and development. After that I spend more time to learn, and changed my career path to IT Industry. Now I have completed my Degree “BS Information system” from BITS, Pilani. I’ve totally 8 years of experience, including IT and Non-IT areas. I have involved in developing windows, web applications and Data warehousing process. Currently working as Team Lead in an US Based organization located at Bangalore.

How did you get into DotNetSpider community?

When I was searching for a good platform where I can update myself and as well as helping others to solve their problem technically, then I come to know about DNS, Here I found so many active participants, also good encouragement and support from DNS members. Then I decided to join here.

We can learn new things, when we help to others. I want to be a branded person in my career path, to achieve this I need to learn lot of new things on every day. When I help to DNS family members, they are encouraging and supporting me. It helps me to learn new things. These are the main things motivated to continue my contribution.

How much time do you spend on Technical communities to help others?

There is no determined time. I used to participate whenever get free times. Approximately I spend 25 hrs per week

How are you balancing your Work life with your contribution in Technical Communities?

Any message to technologists and suggestions to make DotNetSpider as World's number one Technical Site?
