How to take backup of exchange server...?

Hi, i am accessing the remote desktop of my client. I want to take the backup of that. & how to store that backup on google like hosting site. means i want to palce that backup to google or some other hosting server . what should i have to do. Suppose i have account on google server for hosting....plz guid me gemes....
