i am working vb.net2003
i wrote code like that
Dim oSM As Object
Dim arg(), oDesk, oDoc As Object
oSM = CreateObject("com.sun.star.ServiceManager")
oDesk = oSM.CreateInstance("com.sun.star.frame.desktop")
oDoc = oDesk.LoadComponentFromUrl("private:factory/swriter", "_blank", 0, arg(2))

but i got error.

An unhandled exception of type 'System.NullReferenceException' occurred in OpenExcel.exe

Additional information: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Please modify my code.
