Software Engineers

You may be a smart programmer, but it is a good idea to find what others think about you.

With our new Self Appraisal feature, you can create a self appraisal, select appraisal questions, invite friends/collegues to evaluate you. (You will not be able to view the rating by individuals due to privacy reasons. Instead, we will show you a consolidated result.)

Optionally, you can make your appraisal public and include the URL in your resume. You and your new employer can save time by using the published references instead of looking for references at the time of hiring.

Why Peer Appraisal ?

There are several reasons why you may want to create a peer performance appraisal.

1. Find out your weakness so that you can plan to get ahead.

2. Have a better awareness of your strengths and weakness so that you can claim what you deserve.

3. Feel good when others appreciate your strengths!

How to use Peer Performance Appraisal ?

Just follow the below easy steps to create a peer performance appraisal and know yourself!

1. Create a Peer Performance Appraisal form.

2. Invite friends and co workers to review and complete your performance appraisal.

3. View a summary of the reviews. (As per our privacy policy, we will show you only the summary of all reviews.)

More about Performance Appraisal System

We respect the privacy of our members. Also, we are aware of the political issues that can be created by a peer review. Due to various such reasons, we will not disclose the individual review reports. Instead, you can view only a summary of the reviews. The summary will include the average rating for each review question by all your reviewers.

To avoid possible misuse, we will display the results only after atleast 3 people have responded to your appraisal.

You can create a maximum of 5 appraisals per year and invite upto 100 members per appraisal.

You can make your appraisal public (anyone can see the results summary), protected (people who know your passcode can view the results) or private (only you can view the results).
